Withdrawal requests are usually processed on the same day if received during the working hours of the Back Office department, otherwise they are processed the next working day. To proceed with any withdrawal request, your account status must be ‘Passed’ and all relevant details must be available.
It is important to note that once the withdrawal is processed from our side, the time it will take to reflect on your account will depend on the payment service provider.
