The Windsor Brokers Loyalty Program is a scheme designed to reward your commitment to trading with us by receiving points based on trading volume and certain account activities, which can then be redeemed for cash, credited directly to your selected trading account.

All approved existing and new clients who have at least one validated live trading account with any base currency are eligible to participate, regardless of their country of origin or account type. Participation is automatic for clients who meet these eligibility criteria.

The Windsor Brokers Loyalty Programme rewards your trading activities by granting you points based on predefined actions such as trading. Participation is automatic for all eligible clients with a validated live trading account. At the end of each calendar month, the total number of accumulated closed lots to date will determine your status. The more lots you close, the higher your status will be. In return, the higher the status, the more points you will receive for each closed lot. There are four successive status levels, as seen below:
Silver
Gold
Platinum
Diamond

You can redeem the points you’ve earned for US Dollars, which are then added to your trading account balance. The programme operates continuously, and you can opt out or cancel your points at any time by contacting Customer Support. This way, the more you trade, the more rewards you can accumulate and redeem.

Your Loyalty Status is determined based on the cumulative number of closed lots in all your trading accounts. The Company updates your status automatically during the first days of each month, reflecting the total number of closed lots generated until the last trading day of the previous month. The status levels and corresponding benefits are outlined in Annex A of the Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.

You can earn points by engaging in predefined activities like trading, as specified in Annex C of the Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions. The Company may periodically update these activities. To redeem points, you need to:

1. Choose the number of points you wish to redeem.
2. Select the trading account to deposit the converted points into.

The minimum number of points that can be redeemed is 10, and the conversion value in USD depends on the number of points being redeemed, ranging from $1 to $2 per loyalty point. Points are converted to US Dollars and added to your account balance once you accept the relevant Terms and Conditions through the Client portal. You can use this balance to trade or withdraw in full with no restrictions.

Yes. Participation in the Loyalty Programme does not affect your eligibility to participate in other Windsor Brokers promotions or bonus schemes.
