1-     Akses Portal
2-     Masukkan detil login dan kata sandi Anda
3-     Pilih “Perubahan Kata Sandi” dari halaman beranda
4-     Klik “Tipe”. Pilih “Nomor akun” yang ingin Anda ubah kata sandinya / atau “Masuk Portal” jika Anda ingin mengubah kata sandi untuk Portal
5-     Ketik “Kata Sandi Portal Saat Ini”
6-     Ketik “Kata Sandi Baru” (Minimal 8 karakter, dengan satu huruf besar dan satu angka) Tekan “Kirim”; sebuah pesan akan mengonfirmasi bahwa “Kata Sandi Berubah”.
