# My account is active. Why am I unable to place a trade?

If you have a Prime Account, you can only trade pairs that include the @ sign (i.e. EURUSD@).

To view all available instruments follow the steps below.

**For PC:**
 1- Log into your MT4 or MT5 platform
 2- Click on ‘Market Watch’
 3- Right-click on any instrument
 4- Click on ‘Show All’
 5- All instruments with the ‘@’ sign should now be visible

**For Android:**
 1- Click on the pairs page
 2- Click on the plus sign (+)
 3- Search using this symbol (@)
 4- Add instruments
